Your right to deletion
You can ask us to delete your Press Archer Franklin account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. This applies whether you registered with an email and password or signed in with Google or Facebook.
This page explains exactly how to make that request and what to expect afterwards, in line with our commitment to handling your information responsibly.
What gets deleted
A deletion request removes your account profile and the personal information tied to it — your name, email address, phone number, identity and KYC details, and any social sign-in links (Google or Facebook) connected to your account.
Some records may be retained for a limited period where we are legally required to keep them (for example, records relating to loans that were disbursed or repaid). Where retention is required, the data is kept only for as long as the law requires and is then deleted.
Request deletion in the app
Sign in to your account, open your Account settings, and use the account-deletion option to submit a request. You will be asked to confirm before the request is processed.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook and have not set a password, you can still sign in with that provider to reach your Account settings and request deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request".
So we can verify the request is genuinely yours, please include the full name and email address (or the Google/Facebook email) used to register. We will not action a deletion request until we have confirmed it belongs to you.
Removing Google or Facebook access
Deleting your Press Archer Franklin account also removes the link between your account and your Google or Facebook profile. We do not retain your social login after deletion.
You can additionally revoke Press Archer Franklin’s access from your provider directly — in your Google Account under "Security → Your connections to third-party apps", or in Facebook under "Settings → Apps and Websites".
What happens next
Once we have verified your request, we begin deletion promptly and complete it within 30 days, except for any records we are legally required to retain for a defined period.
When the process is complete we will confirm by email. After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in, and your personal information will no longer be held by us beyond any legally required retention.
