Senior Spectrum Engineer
Technology & Spectrum
Responsible for spectrum monitoring, interference resolution, and supporting the development of spectrum policy frameworks.
Legal Counsel (Regulatory Affairs)
Legal & Compliance
Provides legal advice on regulatory proceedings, licence conditions, dispute resolution, and compliance enforcement.
Communications & PR Officer
Finance & Corporate Services
Manages BOCRA's external communications, press releases, social media, and public engagement campaigns.
Consumer Affairs Officer
Consumer Affairs
Handles consumer complaint intake, mediation support, and contributes to the consumer awareness programme.
Graduate Internship Programme
BOCRA offers a structured 12-month graduate internship for Botswana citizens who have completed a degree in telecommunications, engineering, law, economics, ICT, or a related field. Intakes are twice yearly: January and July.
Interns are placed within a specific directorate, receive mentoring from senior staff, and rotate through at least two business units during the programme.
