Licensing
Issue, renew, suspend, and revoke licences for electronic communications, broadcasting, and postal services.
Enforcement
Investigate violations of the Communications Regulatory Authority Act and impose penalties and sanctions.
Spectrum Management
Manage the national radio frequency spectrum and assign frequencies to licensed operators.
.BW Domain Registry
Administer Botswana's country code top-level domain (.BW) including registration and dispute resolution.
Consumer Protection
Mediate disputes between consumers and licensed service providers and enforce consumer rights.
Market Regulation
Monitor competition, investigate anti-competitive practices, and promote universal service access.
